Golfmanager, the software platform designed to fully digitise the day-to-day management of golf clubs, brings 2025 to a close by strengthening its position as one of the industry’s leading digital transformation players.
The year has been defined by sustained growth, clear product evolution, and an expanding international footprint, further cementing the trust of more than 400 golf clubs and flagship resorts worldwide.
A Year of Technological Evolution and Growth for the Golfmanager Ecosystem
Throughout 2025, Golfmanager welcomed more than 70 new clubs onto its platform, significantly reinforcing its international presence.
This growth has gone hand in hand with a strong evolution of the product, with new launches and integrations designed to optimise the daily operations of clubs within the Golfmanager Community.
Key milestones this year include the integration with WhatsApp, enabling direct and seamless communication with players from within the Golfmanager software; the launch of Digital Kitchen, a solution created to digitise and streamline food and beverage management; and the integration with Google Appointments, which simplifies online booking through a verified button in the search engine that redirects users to the club’s online booking portal, boosting direct sales.
2025 has also seen the launch of a new corporate website, the integration with Verifactu to automate invoicing processes in line with Spanish tax authority (AEAT) regulations, and the development of new advanced dashboards, offering managers clearer, more strategic insights into their business.
In addition, Golfmanager has incorporated more than 30 new technology partners, including GolfNow, Golf GameBook, and the WorldPay payment gateway, further expanding its connected ecosystem.
International Presence at the Industry’s Leading Events
Golfmanager’s expansion in 2025 has been reflected not only in numbers but also in its growing visibility at the most important golf and sports innovation events worldwide.
The company has played an active role in key industry gatherings such as the PGA Show in Orlando, the PGA Education Summit in Los Cabos, Expogolf Mexico, the Congress of the Spanish Association of Golf Managers, and, for the first time, exhibited in Canada at the NGCOA Canada Golf Business Conference & Trade Show. Golfmanager has also been present at major sports innovation events such as the GSIC Summit, among others.
These forums have provided an ideal platform to share knowledge, showcase new developments, strengthen strategic relationships, and position Golfmanager as a recognised voice in discussions around the future of golf club management.
Its continued presence on the international stage underlines the brand’s commitment to innovation, collaboration, and the sustainable growth of the industry.
A Clear Vision for the Future of Golf
Closing 2025, after more than seven years in operation, confirms Golfmanager as a company in full maturity, with a robust technological offering and a clear vision for the future.
The combination of international growth, continuous product development, and close, agile customer support has been fundamental in consolidating its value proposition.
Looking ahead to 2026, Golfmanager is preparing a new wave of innovations that will be unveiled very soon, always with the mission of supporting clubs that view digitalisation not merely as a tool, but as a way to lead change within the golf industry.
“Golfmanager’s growth in 2025 reflects a clear trend in the industry: golf clubs are looking for technology solutions that help them become more efficient, more profitable, and more competitive.
“Beyond the numbers, 2025 has been the year in which Golfmanager has taken a qualitative leap forward in terms of product and international brand image”
“In 2026, our goal is to consolidate our role as the technology partner of choice for clubs that see management as a lever for growth, not just an operational necessity,” says Daniel Sillari, Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Golfmanager.
