ANNEX
Definitions
Scheduled or unscheduled work: Refers to maintenance tasks over the infrastructure which could mean any kind of service interruption. Typically these outages will be scheduled well in advance, but Golfmanger cannot rule out the need for urgent, initially unscheduled, action in the event of major changes to the AWS services on which the Golfmanager infrastructure is deployed. The maintenance tasks will be performed outside the normal service hours of each of the servers. These hours are fixed between 01h and 05h local time of the country where the server is hosted. Ireland for European clubs, Singapore for Asian clubs, USA for American clubs. Golfmanager will do everything reasonably possible to minimize the duration of these maintenance works, informing specifically in case it is foreseeable that these tasks may require more than 1h of service interruption
Requests: Refers to every single https request made by the TO to Golfmanager API endpoints.
Max throughput: Refers to the number of requests per second made by the TO system to Golfmanager API.
Premium subscriber: Refers to a Golfmanager client (golf course, tour operator, agency etc.) up to date with payments.
