Golfmanager, the software platform designed to fully digitalise the day-to-day management of golf clubs, continues to strengthen its presence in Mexico with the onboarding of four new golf clubs in the country: Azul Talavera Country Club (Torreón, Coahuila), San Francisco Country Club (Chihuahua), Club de Golf La Hacienda de León (Guanajuato) and El Río Country Club (Jalisco).
With these new additions, the technology company continues to gain strong momentum in Mexico, one of the brand’s strategic markets for international growth.
Four Iconic Clubs Embracing Digital Transformation
Azul Talavera Country Club
Azul Talavera Country Club, located within the Montebello residential development and home to a professional 18-hole course designed by David Fleming, has selected Golfmanager to optimise membership management, centralise its tee sheet, and provide members with a proprietary online booking portal.
In addition, the club will implement automated access control systems, enhancing security and streamlining entry for members and guests, all through a single integrated platform that connects both the sporting and social management of the club.
San Francisco Country Club
San Francisco Country Club, founded in 1993 and regarded as one of the most prestigious private clubs in the state, has taken a significant technological step forward with the aim of managing all its facilities in a unified way, beyond golf alone.
With Golfmanager, the club now centralises the management of sports such as football, padel, tennis, and swimming, as well as event spaces, restaurants (with more than five points of sale), sports academies, and memberships with direct debit charges.
The project also includes a robust SAP integration, a dedicated member app for iOS and Android, and the future implementation of QR-based access control, reinforcing operational efficiency while preserving the club’s traditional identity.
Club de Golf La Hacienda de León
Club de Golf La Hacienda de León, located just ten minutes from Bajío International Airport, was facing an urgent need to regain financial and operational control.
With the implementation of Golfmanager, the focus is on improving the management of overdue membership payments, organising weekend tee times more effectively, and redefining internal responsibilities within the team.
The club has opted for a versatile system adaptable to each control point, enabling clearer, more efficient, and member-focused management, supported by software certified to ISO 27001 standards for cybersecurity.
El Río Country Club
El Río Country Club, located in El Arenal, Jalisco, and home to a spectacular 18-hole “Jack Nicklaus Signature” course, faced the challenge of operating its daily activities across multiple independent platforms. The arrival of Golfmanager represents a structural change: a single system for all areas of the club.
Bookings, memberships, restaurants, pro shop, and forms are now connected through one platform, allowing teams to work in a coordinated manner and providing both members and external guests with a unified app and booking portal, significantly enhancing the overall user experience.
Mexico, a Key Pillar in Golfmanager’s Growth Strategy
Golfmanager’s sustained growth in Mexico also reflects the evolution of the local market towards more professional, efficient, and data-driven management models.
The technology company has recently strengthened its local team with the appointment of Martha Crump as Director of Business Development for the region, a professional with extensive experience in the Mexican golf industry.
Martha joins a local team that has been operating in the country for nearly three years, providing support to all clubs managed by Golfmanager across Latin America.
Clubs such as TPC Danzante Bay, Estrella del Mar Golf & Beach Resort, El Cortés Golf Club, Puerto Aventuras Golf & Racquet Club, Real del Mar Golf & Country Club, and, in the Dominican Republic, Punta Espada Golf and La Romana Country Club, are already operating with Golfmanager.
“Technological innovation is no longer an option, but a strategic lever for the future of golf clubs in Mexico as well. The market is ready for us to continue supporting more courses in their digital transformation processes,” says Dante Cervantes, Regional Manager of Golfmanager in Latin America.
