This month of July we have interviewed from Golfmanager Óscar Checa, director of Golf Operations of La Reserva de Sotogrande.

1.- Why did you make the decision to change from your previous software to Golfmanager?

First of all we were looking for a software capable of offering our product through a dynamic pricing algorithm easy to understand and manage on a daily basis.

Secondly, we wanted this marketing facility to be extensible to TTOO and Partners, so that they can now take control of their bookings and commission directly on a dynamic price, thus reducing the back office work and speeding up the quote/confirmation by TTOO/Partner.

In 3rd place we were looking for a complete management solution for all our facilities and Golfmanager was adapted to our needs in all of them, in addition the commitment of evolution that we acquired with them has been a reality helping us in the other facilities with the integration.

2.- What do you value most about Golfmanager, what does it bring you?

What we value most is the commitment to the development of the tool, its versatility and the customer service we provide.

3.- Was the change process complicated?

As all changes have an adaptation process and more being a software that affects all facilities, we are very satisfied with the involvement of the team in the development and the effort of our team in adapting to change.  The intuitive and versatile nature of Golf Manager on a daily basis translates into its success and speed of adaptation of the teams.

4.- What perspectives do you have in La Reserva for this second part of the year with all the situation we are living? How do you think technology can help you?

The perspectives as in all fields are prudent but we are convinced that we have the right tools to commercialize our product for our partners and our client. The commercialization with dynamic prices helps us to position our product in a market with a high uncertainty, we are not prisoners of a fixed price but it evolves with the demand we have. Besides Gf we are marketing in the golf part of the software all our tournaments and demo days with the main brands reaffirming our path.
