Golfmanager, the all-in-one software platform designed to fully digitalise the day-to-day operations of golf clubs, has announced a partnership with Royal Norwich, one of the United Kingdom’s most established and progressive golf and country clubs, to deliver a comprehensive digital transformation across its operations.
Founded in 1893 and officially reopened at its new Weston Estate location in 2019, Royal Norwich represents a modern blueprint for private members’ clubs in the British market.
Set within 350 acres of Norfolk parkland just outside the city of Norwich, the club combines heritage with contemporary design, offering championship golf, coaching programmes, racquet sports, and premium hospitality facilities.
The club has selected Golfmanager to replace its legacy systems and implement a fully integrated, scalable, cloud-based infrastructure capable of supporting its long-term strategic ambitions and multi-departmental complexity.
Operational Consolidation and Enhanced Member Experience
Royal Norwich is widely recognised as Norfolk’s premier golf destination, featuring an 18-hole championship course designed by European Golf Design, characterised by strategic bunkering, undulating greens, and year-round playability.
Complementing this is a six-hole Academy course, designed to provide an accessible and welcoming environment for beginners, families, and short-game development.
Beyond golf, the estate also operates as a vibrant golf, padel, and hospitality venue, hosting members, corporate guests, and visitors seeking a refined yet inclusive club experience.
Notably, the club was named Junior Programme of the Year at the 2025 Golf Course Awards, in recognition of its outstanding commitment to youth development and structured PGA-led coaching pathways.
Through the implementation of Golfmanager’s 100% cloud-native platform, Royal Norwich will centralise all areas of its business — including tee sheet management, membership administration, coaching programmes, academy operations, Pro Shop, Driving Range, and racquet sports — within a single, unified digital ecosystem.
This transition will eliminate operational silos and provide the executive team with real-time business intelligence, enabling more informed decision-making, improved resource allocation, and enhanced revenue optimisation. Members and guests will benefit from a seamless digital journey, with simplified online booking and payment processes.
To further elevate the member experience, Royal Norwich integrates Pacesetter technology into its digital ecosystem, delivering a seamless and intuitive journey that supports members before, during, and after each visit, effortlessly blending the club’s distinguished heritage with a refined, modern way of experiencing it.
“We are committed to ensuring that our operational infrastructure reflects the same standards of excellence as our facilities and course,” said Suzie Kwa-Jarvis, Managing Director at Royal Norwich.
“Golfmanager offers a sophisticated, future-ready platform capable of supporting the breadth and complexity of our activities. This partnership represents an important step in strengthening both our operational efficiency and the overall player experience.”
Reinforcing Golfmanager’s Growth in the United Kingdom
The agreement further consolidates Golfmanager’s expansion within the United Kingdom, where demand for advanced, fully integrated management systems continues to accelerate among forward-thinking golf clubs.
For Golfmanager, the addition of Royal Norwich to its portfolio marks a significant milestone in its strategic growth across the British market.
The company currently works with more than 25 UK golf facilities, including all 13 courses operated by Get Golfing, Carden Park, or Welbeck Manor, among others, demonstrating its capacity to deliver robust, scalable solutions tailored to complex, multi-departmental environments.
“We are honoured to welcome Royal Norwich to the Golfmanager community,” said Tom Corrigan, Head of UK & Ireland Operations at Golfmanager.
“Royal Norwich embodies the modern, innovation-led club model that is redefining the British golf landscape. Supporting an institution of this calibre reinforces our commitment to providing best-in-class technology that empowers ambitious clubs to operate more intelligently, efficiently, and profitably.”
