Golfmanager, the software for digitization and management of golf clubs, 100% cloud-based and leader in Spain and Portugal, has closed an exceptional 2021 Year.

With more than 150 courses spread across three continents, the company has expanded into 13 countries (Spain, Portugal, United States, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Mexico, Myanmar, Oman, Belgium, Chile, the UK, and the Dominican Republic).

More than 750,000 golfers from around the world took advantage of Golfmanager software to book more than 2.4 million rounds.

For Golfmanager, Portugal has become the fastest-growing market last year. Golfmanager already has a market share of over 40% in Portugal, with courses such as Vale Do Lobo, Palmares, West Cliffs, and Estoril Golf, among others.

Among the rest of the world, Arabella Golf Mallorca (the largest Spanish golf resort), Costa Navarino in Greece (the best European golf resort), Golf d’Hulencourt (the #1 golf course in Belgium), or Al Mouj (one of the best golf courses in the Middle East) joined Golfmanager.

More than 100 new features were added in 2021

Innovation is a core value at Golfmanager. The tech company has listened closely to all demands and needs of its customers since its founding in 2018.

A total of more than 100 new developments were released by Golfmanager in a two of the most important ones were the Golfmanager widget and the Golfmanager app, two new products that will be updated in 2022. The improvements in the UX/UI interface or the backup copy of the system in reading mode, in case of an incident, were also important ones.

But Golfmanager also reached agreements during the 2021 year with leading companies in the golf industry such as Oracle Hospitality, which selected the company as an official partner of its Opera Cloud hotel management platform, Leading Courses, the largest golf course comparison platforms in Europe, or leading tour operators such as Golfbreaks, Your Golf Travel, or Golfscape.

Golfmanager Community, a disruptive project in the golf industry

In their commitment to differentiate and add value to all managers who are using Golfmanager, the company launched Golfmanager Community last June.

An attractive project that includes a training offer with webinars and business sessions, training, exclusive benefits, and additional services for all members. Undoubtedly, a brand that will grow a lot in 2022.

Rafael Vera, Golfmanager CEO, points out that: “Digitalisation is not a fact. It is a must these days and any golf club that doesn’t jump on this tech will be completely outdated. Players are demanding a new digital relationship with their old golf course”.

“At Golfmanager we firmly believe in what we do and we are passionate about our work, which is none other than revolutionizing the golf industry and guiding managers in the digital transformation process of their courses so that we can grow together”.
