Golfmanager Launches Beta Version of Its New Camp Management Module

Golfmanager, the all-in-one platform designed to digitalise the day-to-day operations of golf clubs fully, has unveiled a new suite of enhancements, including the beta release of its camp management module.

This latest development is aimed at centralising and streamlining the organisation of golf camp-based activities within the club ecosystem.

The new module enables clubs to manage golf camp weeks, registrations, and payments within a single integrated system, simplifying administrative workflows and significantly reducing operational workload for club teams.

Through the online booking portal, players can complete their registration by selecting full-week programmes or individual days, entering participant details, and finalising payment via a guided process that ensures real-time availability throughout.

With this launch, Golfmanager responds to growing industry demand, enabling clubs to professionalise their camp offerings as a structured, digital, and fully integrated business line within their daily operations.

New Features to Enhance Daily Operations and Player Experience

Alongside the camp module, Golfmanager has introduced a range of enhancements designed to strengthen operational efficiency and elevate the user experience across the platform.

A new reservation search tool enables faster and more intuitive access to information from any device.

In addition, in the POS module, the introduction of fixed-amount discounts adds greater flexibility to clubs’ commercial management capabilities.

Golfmanager has also announced its integration with Authorize.Net, one of the most widely used payment gateways in the United States, where the company is steadily expanding its presence.

Meanwhile, the online booking portal continues to evolve with new conversion-focused tools, including a monthly availability view and a detailed price breakdown by time slot—both optional features that provide players with a clearer and more comprehensive overview of availability.

From a visual standpoint, the new image gallery widget allows clubs to showcase their facilities and services more engagingly and attractively.

Finally, updates such as the redesigned daily notes module interface, grouped tabs for more efficient navigation, and configurable notification channel preferences (email, push notifications, or WhatsApp) further strengthen both internal operations and client communication.
